Presenting a Model for Evaluation of the Critical Success Factors of Community of Practice Based in Enterprises Knowledge Base

Abstract:
In the last two decades, scientists noted that the success of an organization linked to the emphasis of knowledge. In fact, dealing intelligently with knowledge resources, is important and influential factor in organizational success. This has prompted many organizations to manage their knowledge and used it to the best possible day. Identify key success factors of communities of practice can help organizations advance their goals. Understanding these factors can successfully organizations in needs assessment, planning, execution and implementation of knowledge management help.The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize communities of practice success factors using fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique is a knowledge-based companies in Mapna Group. After reviewing the literature and conducted fieldwork fifteen influential factors in the success of communities of practice who thus were ranked into four major groups: First: management and human resources, second: organizational factors, Third: technological factors and technological and fourth: financial and economic factors.
