Pathology of Electronic Tests in Payame Noor University

The main objective of the present research was to conduct a pathological study of electronic tests in Payame Noor University based on the descriptive-survey research method. The population included all Payame Noor University practitioners and students in 2014. Samples were selected by Cluster and purposive sampling of 340 students and 120 employees related to electronic tests. Data collection tools included two researcher-made questionnaires consisting of statements about various aspects of electronic tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS software by one-sample t-test and Friedman test x. Results show that problems from students’ point of view are respectively as follows: "Students Training and guidance", "Students’ Attitude", "Test Content", "Authorities’ Accountability", "Fast, Accurate, and Useful Feedback," "The physical Space of the Test", "Technical Issues of Hardware and Software". And the problems from practitioners’ perspective are: "The Physical Space of the Test", "Digital Literacy of Students", "Staffs’ Attitude", " Running Costs of the Test", "Coordination and Planning in Implementation", "Legal Issues", " Motivating Employees", " Technical Issues", "Feedback'', “ Staffs’ Familiarity with the Test ","Supervising the implementation process", "Security Affairs ".
