Investigation of Nahwiyuns* Point of View about Niabat-ol Horoof and Tazmin-al Af al

Author(s):
Abstract:
The argument of Niabatol Horoof (prepositions) and Tazminal Af’al (verbs) is among the important issues discussed by the experts of Arabic literature, particularly when it comes to syntax. Therefore, there are many syntactic issues depending on knowing about these concepts. Tazmin means that a word predicates the meaning of an other word in addition to its own, so that it can apply the related syntactic rules. As to Niabat, a preposition is used to predicate the meaning of another. Tazmin and Niabat is raised as an issue when the meaning of verb is not in accordance with the applied preposi tion. Basariyun does not believe in Niabatol Horoof, therefore fac ing such problem, they either interpretate the meaning or apply Tazmin. In such a case, a verb is simultaneously applied with its both real and allegorical meanings. This appears right, although some of fundamentalists (Osoliyun) do not believe so. The problem with Niabat is the lack of a strong reason. Since Niabat and Tazmin in Arabic literature has a significant effect on understanding the sentences, these two subjects are discussed from different aspects in this essay.
