Comparative Study of Cultural Performance in Ilam Province

The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the cultural activities taking place in the cities of Ilam province. The TOPSIS technique is used for data analysis. The research statistical community is Ilam province, including the following cities: Abdanan, Ilam, Eyvan, Darreh Shahr, Dehloran, Shirvanand, Chardavol, Malekshahi and Mehran. There are different criteria to check the status of cultural activities, but in this study we have tried to use documented criteria; therefore, the writers referred to the Statistical Yearbook of Ilam province and cultural standards as the criteria. Cultural standards as the criteria used in the study were selected. In the analysis using TOPSIS after extracting the data from the Statistical Yearbook of Ilam in 1390, Options and criteria were established. TOPSIS techniques necessary for calculations were performed with six stages. The results show that the city of Ilam is the best, and then Dehloran, Abdanan, Shirvan and Chardavol, Darreh Shahr, Eyvan, Malekshahi and Mehran are the next priorities.
