Structural Modeling The Effect of Quality of Work Life on Addiction to the Work of Faculty Members of the University

The general purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of quality of working life on the addiction to faculty members of the university by presenting a structural equation model. The research method is descriptive correlations. The statistical population consisted of Faculty Members of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The sample size was obtained using a Morgan table and a random sampling of 350 people. The measurement tools consisted of Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaires and Spence and Robbins addiction with desirable reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and using LaserL software. The most important findings show that the most effect associated with the social attachment component is the concept of quality of working life, and then the most influential component of engagement with work is in the effect of addiction to work. Indeed, it can be concluded that a pleasant work life is affected by the social attachment of university faculty members to addiction to labor induction. Finally, the model of structural equation of research and its fit is based on the results obtained.
