Administrative system Health with The approach of Implementation of the Administrative System General Policies

The aim of this study was to “administrative system Health with the propose of Implementation of the Administrative System General Policies, study of the development of e-government effect on the Promotion of administrative system Health”. Data was collected by using standard questionnaire. Statistical population of the study was all personnel Birjand University, consist of 260 that Through Morgan table 152 employees were selected as statistical sample. To analyze data Independent-samples t test, ANOVA and One sample t-test, test were performed. Research data were analyzed by SPSS software. Result shows that the development of e-government influence on administrative system Health and its under-variables include: Rule of law, transparency, electronic systems, monitoring systems and internal controls, accountability, administrative and financial discipline, training and development of culture and consumption patterns. Also, result shows that the development of e-government don’t effect on the merit in the case-study society.
