The study of relationship between quality of occupational life and progress motivation in health team of Ashayer hospital in Khorramabad

The importance of labor productivity with high progress motivation has an important role in the life and survival of organizations. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of occupational life and progress motivation in health team of Ashayer in Khorramabad.
This research was a descriptive correlational study. Statisical population in this research included all health team of Ashayer hospital in 2015 and 205 subjects were selected by randomized simple sampling. For collecting data, two standard questionnaires, Quality of Work Life (QWL) to measure the quality of occupational life and (AMQ) to measure the progress motivation were used. In this study, the validity of questionnaire was confirmed by ten individuals and the alpha for their reliability was about 0.87 for QWL and 0.79 for AMQ. Pearson test was used for analyzing the relationship between different dimensions of quality of occupational life and progress motivation and multiple regression test for analysis each determination of the quality of occupational life on progress motivation.
Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between quality of occupational life and progress motivation (r=0.370, P If the quality of occupational life in health team in hospital develops, the rate of motivation will increase.
