Abstract:
Due to the changes of current century and attention of managers to issues such as, Organizational Excellence, Continuous improvement, Improving the productivity and Economic growth and development, Implementation of suggestion system have been considered. Because suggestion system helps the staff to use their power of thought and raise the Organization belonging.

The main objective of our paper is present a systematic pattern for pathology of Suggestion system Based on the conditions and culture of Iranian organizations. A case study of this paper is One of the country's banks.
Identification of damages is done based on field studies and library, interviews with staff and Questionnaires distributed and The results were evaluated based on a national model system.
