Identifying and analyzing the factors affecting in improving the quality of teaching

Abstract:
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting in improving the quality of teaching skills in training center of emplaees Military organization. This study is an applied research which is performed by descriptive - correlation method. The required data collection tools of the research is researchers questionnaire that has been set in five-item Likert range. Reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed by Chronbachs alpha coefficient (a = 0/91). To verify the content validity, experts consent method has been used. Statistical community of the research included 152 learners who have been undertaking training courses in the Training Center at the time of the survey. Due to the limited number of members of the statistical community, a questionnaire was distributed to all members. Data analysis also has been done by helping SPSSwin18 software and by using exploratory factor analysis as multivariate variables and the dependent method. Results obtained show that the "scholarship, personality traits and teachers communication features" factors explained in total about 72% of the total obtained variance that this issue reflects the high effect of these factors in quality of the teaching.
