Evaluation of Changes in Tehran and its effects on land-use changes in surrounding villages (Case study: Agricultural land-use change of Islamshahr)

With regard to the role of urban and rural relationships, in the process of change and development of urban and rural centers, efforts to reduce the negative effects of these relationships, in order to organize them, especially in Tehran, and its surrounding region, such as Islamshahr because the distribution of Tehran, the land connected to the city, and the city of Tehran effects such as garden land degradation, land use change for urban, rural integration in urban areas, changes in the environment and so laid the ground for sustainable development the rural and urban areas, which highlights the importance and necessity of this research. The method used in this research, exploratory, descriptive and analytical. Of this descriptive – analytical, In this study, the age group 20 years and older rural villagers, has been chosen as the target population. The population consisted of 10,500 people, the size of the sample, 370 were selected. Results showed that, in general between social indicators and economic use changes and rural, a significant positive correlation can be seen, in fact, been able to use changes, the impact of these indicators, so that the highest correlation between the change Triggers government land use policies, with 0.849 seen, and issues and social aspects with the same confidence and the coefficient of 0.675 percent, the lowest correlation with the change of land use is shown.
