Review and evaluation of Land use change of Ghaemshahr by Using the GIS and satellite images

Physical development of cities and Followed by Accept Change is one of the realities of urbanization in contemporary societies. The purpose of this article is Study Ghaemshahr physical development prospects. The main question of Article is that what is the size and scope of physical development and change of Ghaemshahr? In this article Change city Been investigated In the form of items such as; residential use, commercial use, educational use, Higher educational use, health use, sports use, parks and green spaces use, cultural and religious use, administrative - law enforcement use, municipal facilities and equipment use, tourism use, workshop and industrial use, transport and storage use and military use. To study the physical development prospects of Ghaemshahr and its effects on different land use change by using technique of geographical information system (GIS) and (RS), Used Satellite images of the TM 1990 and ETM 2010. The most important results of the study include; City area or in other words residential areas in 2010 show an increasing trend which in turn is influenced by various factors. Communication network increased also with increasing area of the city, actually it would seem natural. But Forest area in 2010 have been a significant decrease that can be due to the expansion of city limits and they go under construction the area of rice paddies and gardens during this period shows increase but this problem In the case of water resources and rivers been with relatively dramatic decline.
