Assess the trust of citizens to urban management (Case study in Malayer town)
Municipal laws and regulations can be considered as one of the most important connections between city management and citizens. In other words citizens as actors and major elements of urban management In the light of municipal regulations can define their own role and the other members also participate in the administration of town affairs and fulfill the concept of citizenship. No more than a decade of urban management as a new field of interest to the scientific community is located. This new approach to the problems of citizens and urban spaces has, extensive commonalities with other science such as public administration, sociology, urban planning and so on. Trust variable because of its multi-level and multi- disciplinary nature is one of the similarities between the social sciences. Trust for dependent variables, confounding and independent management model plays important role. The aim of this study is measure citizen's trust in urban management. In this study, data collection method was based on the library, documentary and field (questionnaire), and the type of research applied, development and study methodology analytical and survey was documentary. After designing the questionnaire, through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire distributed by SPSS, the level of citizens participation in municipal management checked. And by correlation coefficient correlation between hypotheses and their properly checked and Studies show that citizens showed less participation about informing the urban problems to managers finally offered suggestions to help improve relations.
