The Aspects of the Superiority of Prophet Muhammad on Other Prophets in the Qur an and Narrations

Abstract:
The issue of being the last religion, the universality of it and the ascension of the prophet are counted among the superiorities of Prophet Muhammad in comparison with other prophets. In addition spiritual statuses of the Prophet such as: status of Mahmood (major intersession), status of Qorb (nearness), the status of being greeted by Allah, angels and believers and the special attribute of Nabi-al-Rahmah (Prophet of Kindness) are the main reasons for the unique place of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Cognition the grate status of the Prophet, moral, spiritual and intellectual virtues and his upbringing and educational system, could help a person in his spiritual journey and spiritual excellence and he is an educational model in the development of ethical and human-divine. In this study, we have tried to introduce aspects of the Prophet (PBUH), including his superiority in knowledge, faith, moral behaviours, lifestyle and character in the Quran and Islamic traditions. The method of this research is descriptive and is a study of documents and library.
