The Futuristic Approaches Conditions in the Outline of Security Environment

The actors are present and active in the environmental context in which the presence of actors and other components is inevitable. This environment which can be defined in different ways, is dynamic and variable, and coefficients, impact, and influence of other actors have been constantly changing and evolving. Playing a dominant and more desirable role, requires a clear and logical understanding of the security environment, and this understanding is not limited to present time. Because the recognition of the changes in the security environment and building up a picture as consistent as possible with the reality of the future security environments, means having superior actors with entrepreneur advantages. This study, Using a case-study basis, tries to achieve its goal to "clarify the role of foresight in outlining the security environment" and find answer to the question that "What the influential factors are in the realization of the perspective of the security environment (in a specific time interval). The documentary research method and questionnaires were used for gathering data and «SPSS» software was employed for data analysis. The sample consisted of 32 people, among managers and experts working in the fields of management, administrative and research related to security issues, future studies and strategic information. The results showed that outlining security environment in the expected future, could be an advantageous factor, provided that the factors affecting the right security environment are properly identified, and enough attention is paid to the foresight considerations.
