The Pyramid of Rural Entrepreneurship Development Based on the principles of Rural Development Policies of Europe Union

Rural development programs are part of the development plans of each country and rural entrepreneurship, through exploration the desirable opportunities in rural areas and encourage villagers to discover new ways to launch the new businesses, can lead to competitive rural entrepreneurial business environment and makes optimal investment in the rural resources and leads to develop. In this paper, based on a library study have been tried to examine the issue of rural entrepreneurship and linking between this issue with rural development based on the principles of EU rural development policies to improve the quality of life and smart, sustainable and inclusive development of rural areas. Designing the pyramid of rural entrepreneurship development based on three main pillars (Developing the rural entrepreneurship, creating a favorable business environment for rural entrepreneurs and taking the necessary measures to promote entrepreneurship in rural areas) and providing optimal solutions to enable entrepreneurial businesses affecting rural development, are the main issues that addressed in this article.
