Identification and Ranking the Factors Affecting the Business Reputation of in Agricultural Production

Abstract:
This study has been done to recognize and rank the factors which effect on good reputation to optimize the organizational subjective image (organizational reputation) in the Ram Poultry Company (Drbal). According to this, researchers chose the 21 factor and 6 dimensional Fombrun model as the primary pattern of research when they are reviewing the relating literature at the same time. in the following, 12 persons of staffs of the Ram Poultry Company were recognize as the experts of this study to comment on selection of factors and their rankings. According to the experts, five factors have been recognized as the main factors (namely: view and leadership, products and services, social responsibility, emotional aspect, work environment) and the number of appropriate sub-indices was mentioned as the best factor of identifying good reputation tailored to the needs of the company. Then, the potential indicators were evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and Excel software and the final score was determined for each. The studies showed that the process used to identification and ranking factors influencing the good reputation is provided, Rather an accurate understanding of the performance management helps your company and ability to be more accurate and more scientific understanding than the factors raised, organization’s better manage and under their control the unit, and to eliminate the weaknesses in the performance of the company, appropriate decisions be taken.
