Tavahod in the Speech of Imam Ali Ibn Abitaleb

The term "Tavahod" has several meanings including loneliness. Loneliness happens when a person lives among his countrymen, but due to his unique characteristics always feels lonely and the society does not understand his greatness and value. This study aims at analyzing the rhetorical speech of Imam Ali Ibn Abitaleb which is indicative of his loneliness. Despite living with other people and being the top person of the society, he was always lonely. This study investigates his various types of loneliness that are spatial, time, relational, and social loneliness. The major reason of all of these is his unique adherence to right and justice.
