The Relationship between Attitude and Orientation to Intrapreneurship in Physical Education and sport science Faculty's of Iran

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between attitude and orientation to intrapreneurship in physical education and sport science faculties of Iran to determine a regression model. (n=188). To achieve the objectives, in this study two questionnaires Marguerite Hill Intrapreneurial attitude and intensity indexes, as well the researcher inspected the later questionnaire was used. A demographic questionnaire was made on the research objectives. The instrument of data gathering have prepared some fields caused of question stand able by experts and was possible that we could get in context by Cronbch’s alpha. For faculty member's sampling,124 person were selected with random sampling and fit allocation methods from all colleges. For gathering of data from questionnaires were analyzed through correlation coefficients, analysis of variance, tuky follow up test, regression analysis and kolomogorov-smirnov Z. The results indicated that mean of attitude to intrapreneurship in physical education faculty’s was 33.49 (maximum was 50) and mean of Orientation to intrapreneurship was 131.06 (maximum was 300).
