Specifying the Role of Theory of Constraints in order to Achieve World-Class Business

The purpose of the current research was presentation of service system as an integrated system utilizing continuous improvement of theory of constraints as well as exploratory and innovative pattern methods for its implementation in Hamkaran System Company for increasing its competitiveness. This was done utilizing 5-step concentration process which is considered a system-based process, applied for structuring management decision in the context of continuous improvement and recognition of vital parts of the processes. Hamkaran System Company was utilized for theory of constraints, followed by simulation using Arena Software in order to generalize and bringing facts and results closer to the reality. The results of the present research demonstrates the potentials of the service industries managers in the recognition of vital factors influencing company competitivability using repeated cycles of the theory of constraints for increasing breakdown and finding new constraints and establishing equilibrium in the whole system. The present research can be considered as a key for future researches in order to achieve new applied solutions for the problem. The results can be applied for all similar service and productive companies.
