investigating the issues and problems of rural girls

In our country there are many obstacles for active participation of rural girls in development, maybe rural girls are the most deprived members in rural communities. Identify of rural girls difficult could remove the barriers of rural youth empowerment The propose of this research is identify the difficult of rural girls were determined by using of grounded theory method. The study population was rural girls of one rural in Kermanshah city. The data of this study were collected by deep interview and direct observation that were continued until theoretical saturation. The finding of study showed that rural girls are face by many of different problems. In this study unemployment was identified as a central problem, that context, causes, interventions and connected strategies were analyzed. So, pointed to impacts that if this condition continued, its destructive consequences were seen in the rural community and certainly there will be in urban areas.
