The Impact of services quality Police on Intention of Revisiting with Mediator of Destination Image and Feeling of Security in Shiraz

Tourism is an income-generating industry with high employment and profitability to identify factors affecting the return of tourists and their satisfaction has a significant impact on the continuity and growth of this industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of police services quality on Revisit Intention of tourisms with Mediating of Destination Image and Feeling of Security in Shiraz city. In this applied research, a descriptive-correlation method was used. The statistical socitiy was Shiraz Tourists in period of April to October 2015. The sample size was measured by using Cochran equation and 270 tourists were selected. Data were collected by using standard questionnaire in order to check the assumption, Structural -Equation Modeling called Path analysis was used. Sense of Security variable plays a mediating role between services quality of Police and Intention of Revisiting. But Mediating role of Destination Image between quality of Police and Intention of Revisiting has not been confirmed. Destination image has most impact on Intention of Revisiting. The results show that destination image and Feeling of Security affect the Intention of Revisiting. But impact of services quality on Intention of Revisiting has not been confirmed. There were differences between male and female more likely to return to the city. However, Results show that there are not significant differences between age groups and education groups.
