The Effect of Human Resource Management on Environmental Management Development

In the 21st Century, rising of concern about environmental warnings lead to increase the importance of preserving the environment in various communities and organizations. Specialized literature states that proper environmental management at companies are required to support by human resource management. Considering that environmental management is an emerging organizational objective, human resource practices, will be very helpful in this regard. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of human resource management in the adoption and implementation of environmental management. The type of this research based on objective is applied research and its strategy is survey. ). Face and content validity was used to evaluate questionnaire Validity. Also, Cronbach's alpha was used to establish the reliability of instruments 0.81 for questionnaire. In order to test the conceptual model, 126 questionnaires were distributed among statistical population (bushehr industrial companies) and hypotheses was tested by structural equation modeling thorough SPSS and LISREL software. The results show a positive and significant correlation between human resource practices and adoption of the environmental management.
