The Role of Religious Orientation and Perceived Social Support in the Prediction of Spiritual Well-Being of Veterans

Abstract:
•: The veterans and their families might face with many mental and behavioral problems due to the war outcomes. it is necessary to address the factors that increase spiritual well-being of veterans. Therefore, the aim of the study was to investigate the role of religious orientation and perceived social support in the predication of spiritual well-being of veterans.

Methods
The research method was to descriptive research method with correlational. . The statistical population of this research was included all veterans in the year 2016 in Rasht that among them 150 person were selected as samples by using available sampling method. The scale of spiritual well-being, religious orientation and perceived social support were used to data collection. Data analysis was achieved through the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression methods.
