An Investigation of the Relationship between Education and Training of Manpower in Strategic Navy and Optimal Development of Makran Coasts

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between education and training of manpower in strategic navy and optimal development of Makran coasts. Therefore, the hypotheses of the study were defined as: 1- There is a significant relationship between Marine officers’ training and optimal development of Makran coasts, 2- There is a significant relationship between in-service training and optimal development of Makran coasts, and 3- There is a significant relationship between Marine petty officers’ training and optimal development of Makran coasts. This is a descriptive correlative research. The data was collected through questionnaire and its content validity and reliability were calculated (α=0.87). Descriptive statistics was used in order to describe data and the hypotheses of the research were tested by using inferential statistics and also SPSS software. Among 700 officers and Marine petty officers, 248 of them were selected randomly and the hypotheses were tested. The analysis of the data showed that the theories of the research have been confirmed with assurance of 95%.
