Explain the causal model of organizational culture in conflict resolution between the individual school principals in Tabriz

Abstract:
The purpose of the present study was explaining the causal model of organizational culture in conflict resolution in individual school principals in Tabriz. The study was based on causal model and path analysis. The population of Tabriz that all school administrators in the 2016-2017 school year that number was 140, according to statistics provided by the Organization The number of 97 people multistage random sampling method and were selected using Cochran formula. To collect data by the Inventory organizational culture Cameron & Quinn (2006) and Inventory organizational conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II) Rahim (1995). Data was analyzed using path analysis. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. The results showed that the effect of organizational culture is conflict resolution accommodating, integrating and obliging positive and significant and conflict resolution dominating negative and significant. Also effect of organizational culture is conflict resolution avoiding negative and not significant. Therefore attention to the organizational culture managers can be reduced of conflict resolution.
