Designing the Jihadi Management Pattern for the Commanders of the Holy Defense (Four Dimensions of Mindset, Lifestyle, Management Style and Executive Performance)

Jihadi management is a school of thought that person begins a heroic movement with the choice and awareness on the road to achieve a transcendent goal against the enemy. He also uses his ultimate thought and effort to reach its destination. If the Jihadi management, or work and effort, is governed by divine purpose, and on the basis of science and tact, the country's problems could be resolved and the country will continue to move forward.
This exploratory research is carried out with the aim of explaining the characteristics of the four dimensions of the Jihadi management pattern of the commanders of the Holy Defense era by using the grounded theory. In this regard, the researchers firstly studied the library resources by developing their features. Then, by referring to the opinions of the experts through interviews with the commanders of the Holy Defense and the documentation of the martyrs’ commanders, the characteristics of Jihadi management were explained. Concepts and categories of interviews were extracted by open coding method and by explaining the relationship between the concepts and the axial categories, the Jihadi management pattern was extracted. Finally, the categories and components were categorized into four dimensions of mindset, Islamic lifestyle, management style and executive performance.
