Prioritizing the Components of the Information System of Jihadi Management Executive Performance in the Organization
The main objective of the present research is to prioritize the components of the information system of Jihadi management executive performance in the organization. Jihadi management as a model which is based on the Iranian-Islamic values, despite the common ground with other management patterns, is distinguished from other conventional management models due to certain dimensions and components.
Performance appraisal is a major issue in all organizational analyzes and it is difficult to imagine an organization that does not include evaluation and performance measurement. Since the goal of Jihadi management is to reach from the status quo to the ideal situation, it is essential to have information system of executive performance to accomplish this goal.
The present research is applied in terms of purpose and is qualitative in terms of data collection. Therefore, the effective components of the evaluation of Jihadi management performance are extracted from the background. After categorizing them in the dimensions of the information system, prioritizing and position of each component, and after a survey of experts it has determined by using the fuzzy cognitive map.
According to the results of the research, in the individual dimension, the component of staff accountability, in the dimension of structure ,the consultative decision-making, in the dimension of culture, attention to satisfaction of the referred person, in the dimension of managers, conscience of the manager, in the dimension of management processes, observance of the principle of meritocracy, and in the dimension of technology, the effectiveness of the information system, are in the top priority.
