The capacities of developing home-based business in the process of empowerment of rural women

One of the approaches that can be women's participation in social activities and was helped in its creation, support of small businesses and the home. Because of the nature of these units, domestic and accessories can travel long distances and reduce costs, while providing employment and entrepreneurship, will help to empower rural women. The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the capabilities of business development city is Karaj home to the empowerment of rural women, The research is descriptive and survey procedure and to evaluate the effects of home businesses questionnaire was used. The study consisted of all rural women have a home business that includes 143 rural women who have a home business is that 121 of them (based on the sample) were selected as sample. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts to determine reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the amount of which was for various sectors, on average, at 79/0. In order to explain the relationships between variables and data summarization technique was used for the analysis of economic variables in three categories.
