Meta-analysis of the factors correlated with the normative commitment of the teachers of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract:
This research is intended to describe, analyze, and combine the presented in the field of factors correlated with normative commitment. The method of this research is a meta-analysis. The statistical population of the present study consisted of written documents including theses, researches and articles in scientific journals between the years of 2016-2006 on the subject of affective factors with normative commitment. Of the published works available in the Magiran database and the unpublished works of the reference section of the University of Mohaghegh Ardebili, Tehran and Urmia, 16 documents were selected in 60 research subjects. Data collected from each of the documents and researches were analyzed using CMA-2 and SPSS-22 software. The findings of this study showed that the value of xi index is 0.053 and the magnitude of the effect size in the fixed model is 0.312. In the study, 60 effective factors were identified and their significance was evaluated. All of these values are evaluated at a 95% confidence level.
