Philosophy of Awaiting for Imam, the Deliverer as the Most Virtuous Act

One of the prominent doctrines of religions in general and Islam in particular is issue of the Savior and waiting for him. Awaiting for Imam the Savior is regarded in Shiite sources as the most virtuous act. The mystery of its importance is the fact that it is not a verbal utterance but is realized in a peculiar setting, which is in Shiite traditions identified as the pinnacle of beliefs and good deeds. Those who are in highest degree of certainty and the most virtuous in their conduct dare nothing in performing good deeds and can be truly waiting for Imam of Age. The present article is to explain the philosophy of awaiting by describing traits of truly awaiting believers and their achievements and blessings stated in hadiths.
