The Relationship between Employee-Perceived Reputation and Turnover Intention with the mediation of job satisfaction

Abstract:
The employee-perceived of how organization`s behavior is relate with its environment and stakeholders, and it made organization reputation or organization image on employee`s mind and this picture of employee`s image has a considering affect on employee behavior and satisfaction. Therefore, this study examine the relationship between employee-perceived reputation and turnover intention according to job satisfaction mediator This study is a descriptive survey that questionnaires were used to collect data. This research was conducted in level of the active Iran's oil industry. The sample size of this study is 202 people.Analysis of the collected data by Lisrel showed that employee-perceived reputation and employee job satisfaction can explain much of turn over intention . Also the affect of job satisfaction mediator was confirmed.
