An investigation into the financial and administrative obstacles to private investment of sport in East Azerbaijan state

The purpose of this study is recognition of the financial and administrative obstacles to private investment of sports from private gyms’ owners’ point of view in East Azerbaijan state. Research method is descriptive survey. It is conducted using a questionnaire that verified with acceptable validity and reliability rate of 0.91 percent by Cronbach's alpha. The population of the survey is the founders of sports clubs (310), and according to Morgan statistical table 172 persons have been chosen as representative sample. To examine the hypotheses of this research, inferential statistic methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson‘s correlation coefficient, and Friedman are used (α=0.05). The study has revealed a significant negative correlation between the impediments to banking tasks and private investment of sports in state. Based on the research results from freedman’s variance analysis there is a meaningful differences in various barriers in loan payment in the bank locations from the viewpoint of property owners There is no significant correlation between the impediments to administrative tasks and private investment of sports in state but from owners of capital’s perspective, there is a meaningful difference in various factors. By decreasing the financial and banking impediments the private investment of sport events could be broadened in state.
