A Critical Review of the Theories on the Definition of Right in Islamic law

Jurists have presented different theories on the definition of right. The method of the definition of right and presentation of special theory about right have importance because most of Islamic law and case law issues have placed on the basis of juridical and legal institution and it isn’t covered to any one and every theory can affect in some parts of Islamic law and case law's issues. With this description regretfully it hasn’t been attended to the definition of right and consequently it hasn’t been analyzed by researcher of Islamic jurisprudence and law and it is seen a serious scientific gap in this connection. Recent research wants to acquire and present this with the method of intellectual analysis and presumption from the rules which override Islamic law and Iranian law and existing evidence with the tools of invocation and library and this is the important finding of this research.
