The Pattern of Development Implementation in Military Organizations

Organization development is a series of distinct and dynamic activities and not a machine-based or step-by-step method. Each organization has its own unique issues, problems and opportunities; that is, every program of the organization development is per se a unique program. However, all of the organizational development programs are definite flows or processes of interdependent activities that move in the course of time towards the goals of organizational development and personal betterment. The main question in this research is that: What is the appropriate process model for implementation of the development plan in the military organizations? In order to answer this question and design an appropriate model for the development implementation in the military organizations, descriptive method, comparative tables and interview method have been used. Development and transformation activities for the military organizations can be explained at five key stages: Preparation for acceptance of development, design of development, preparing for the implementation of the development plan, implementation of development, and controlling and continuation of development. Each of these stages has its own related steps that are validated and finalized through using the focal group method. In the final stage, with regard to the statements of the Supreme Leader, the designed pattern has been compared to the steps stated by him.
