The effectiveness of mindfulness training with an Islamic approach to disenchantment with school education and student school welfare of students

Abstract:
Purpose
Academic life is one of the most important periods of a person's life, which influences on the successful and successful education and training of the individual, where he has the strengths and abilities and scientific achievements are achieved. But in dayto- day life, students face a variety of challenges, barriers, and pressures of the course. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mind-awareness with Islamic approach to high school student's high school enrollment and well-being.
Method
This research was a semi-experimental and pre-test post-test with control group. The statistical population of this study was all high school girl students in Tehran who studied in the school year of 1395-96. In this research, a multi-stage cluster sampling method was used. First, a cluster of an area from Tehran was then selected from among the schools in that area, a high school girl's school was randomly selected. Finally, based on the list of students, 50 students were selected from among the students of this school who were willing to participate in the research and randomly assigned to two groups of experiments and certificates. To collect the research data, a questionnaire was used for studying and welfare of the school. The collected data were analyzed using covariance analysis in SPSS 21 software.
Findings: The results of covariance analysis showed that education on the basis of Islamic culture led to a decrease in academic frustration and improving the well-being of the students in the experimental group compared to the control group (P
