Investigate the Effect of the Human Development Index on the Economic growth

Access economic growth and development to in Islamic countries can depend on the development of human capital. Another word, these countries when they can benefit from the sustained economic growth of the capital stock of human knowledge and human expertise in upper levels. Therefore, the aim this study is to examined the relationship between economic growth and human development indicators in selected Islamic countries (including 54 countries) for the period 2003-2010 using the generalized method of moments (GMM) approach. The results showed a positive relationship between the human development index and economic growth in the countries studies.
