Assessing the Need for the Research in the Scope of the Relations of " Art" and " Doctrine of Mahdism"

The following paper is an attempt to present the most important issues to be studied in the field of relations between “art’ and ‘the doctrine of Mahdism”. In the field of Mahdism research with an artistic approach, choosing the research needs is considered as the most important stage in research in this area. Sadly, there has not yet been any comprehensive model for the process of assessing the needs of a research by selecting the priorities in the artistic approach to the doctrine of Mahdism. The current article is operational-developing based on the achievements or the results of the research, and exploratory in terms of the aim of the research and in relation to the type of data used, it is a qualitative research. The present research studies the necessity of assessing the needs for the research in the realm of art and doctrine of Mahdism which in fact determines the focus or the direction which this discourse should notice or move along its path. The results of analyzing and combining the collected data shows there is a large gap between the present and desirable situation in the study of Mahdism with an artistic approach and there are many issues in the various artistic areas in association with the doctrine of Mahdism with the research capacity. In this study, more than two hundred issues worthy of consideration in association to the teachings of Mahdism and art studies.
