Knowledge Management System Modules Assessment for Implementing Knowledge Management 2/0 in Organization

The main goal of this research is to design the organizational knowledge management system based on web2.0 tools (Knowledge management system 0/2). We attempt to evaluate the modules of knowledge management systems in order to access a better implementation of knowledge managementin2.0 organization. In this way, firstly we have studied current literature about knowledge management 0/2 and web0/2tools and then we have found four dimensions (characteristics) of knowledge management0/2. Furthermore, after investigating several knowledge management systems (KMSs) and social networks (ESNs), we have chosen nineteen effective modules. These modules categorized in four groups and then through Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) they have been arranged. Eventually, according to final priority, all modules have been ranked in order to implementation of knowledge management 2, 0.The findings indicate that “Collaboration” is the most important feature in knowledge management 0/2 and the second feature is to establish “communication”. Moreover, “Idea”, “Knowledge Library”, “Presenting Knowledge Map”, “Group”, “Project” and “Feedback” have been known as the six modules which are our top priority in designing knowledge management system0/2 .According to importance of “Collaboration”, its related modules are calculated as the five top modules in this research.
