The Adoption of Internet Banking Based on Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract:
This Research is based on the theory of planned behavior plus computer self-efficacy and technology support, aiming to develop an intended model for studying the factors affecting the adoption of internet banking by customers of one the commercial banks in Kerman City. According to planned behavior, related behavior use of information technology is determined by intent of using special system which itself is determined by individual's attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. The results of the study shows that all three constructs: attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have significant relationship with the intent of using internet banking customers. Also the relationship of computer self-efficacy and technology support with perceived behavioral control is significant.
