An Investigating on the application of Using the Ability of Native Youth lite in Development of Tourism and Presenting a Model of Knowledge Based System with Native Elite Empowerment Approach for Tourism Development Case Study: Bushehr Province

Abstract:
Today, the tourism industry, as one of the most powerful arms for sustainable development, is facing a growing trend in advanced and developing countries. In this study, the impact of indigenous youth in tourism development in Bushehr port could be studied. The results of this study showed that the native elites of culture, industry and commerce, sports, and religion can The influence that is being made in the national and international community will be good ambassadors to introduce the Bushehr province as well as the culture of the south and Gulf countries, and will play a significant role in attracting tourists and encouraging investment in this region. This study also showed that using a knowledge-based system with a native elite approach to tourism development in Bushehr province has a significant effect. This model showed that knowledge-based systems, through the ability, competence, meaningfulness and the right of the native elites, lead to the development of tourism in Bushehr province.
