The impact of the economic base - the social quality of work life

This study examines the impact of the economic base - social care centers in Urmia city's quality of work life. Socio-economic base that the person is in a large group. Or socio-economic status compared with other groups called a group. To attract and retain high quality of work life for organizations that care staff is essential. The population of the study sample Urmia city's total health care workers, 300 of them up randomly. The statistical methods used in the study of structural equation modeling and research in order to identify the structures of first and second order factor analysis used. The results indicate that the base socio - economical path to high-quality working life, can be a powerful factor to be considered for the quality of work life and according to results, employees, most attention for job security, participation and financial issues and less attention to other aspects of their welfare.
