Study of the Supply Chain of Kermanshah Province Chicken Industry: Determination of lost links, economic size of each link and projecting

Supply chain management is a new approach to managing operations in recent years, and can be considered as one of the most important approaches to industrial economics in the 21st century. . This paper has been developed using the concept of supply chain in order to identify the competitive advantages of chicken production in Kermanshah province, which in turn is both a study of industry and a very new and highly applied study method. The method of research of this research is that at first the rings of this industry are identified and their relationship is extracted; the basic model is the use of part of the basic technical relations in the poultry industry, along with these coefficients and specialized industry models Poultry industry has used linear relationships between the main variables in different loops of supply chain in the poultry industry of the country. The most important result of this study is the identification of surplus, missing and critical capacities in this industry, which require the adoption of decisions such as the export of products of rings with additional capacity, the completion of critical ring capacities through the improvement of the quality and quantity of these rings via various incentives and issuance of licenses for the construction, development and construction of missing rings.
