From media ethics to media jurisprudence

Abstract:
There are different views on how to manage and control media in the world, which are shaped by different worldviews and philosophies in different societies. But what we see today in the media world is media imperialism that seeks to dictate Western ideas to other countries in the world. One of the issues that matters in today's media world is the media ethics, but literature on media ethics also lends itself to various Western theories and schools, each of which gives rise to different foundations and perspectives on human, and religion, in the field of ethics in the media, give advices and instructions to media practitioners. This article does not have enough of these moral and ethical guidelines for our Islamic society, and even in many cases have conflicts with Islamic ethics and jurisprudence. Therefore, it is recommended that, instead of addressing media ethics, we must first recognize God's divine and Islamic jurisprudence in the field of media behavior, which we seek to divine and god satisfaction. The science that deals with this subject will undoubtedly be the science of jurisprudence, because it is responsible for expressing the verbs of the verbs of the obligated and helping us to know the divine limits.
