Analysis of the First Draft of the Islamic and Iranian's Model of Progress A Comparison of Some Islamic Index and Constitution Law of the Country with the First Draft of Progress Document

Abstract:
In the contemporary world, for reasons such as globalization and competition it has become necessary to have a progress plan for the country. It seems the need for such a progress document is a priority, which have to be analyzed. This is because such a critique and analyzing the studies and researches regarding the progress of the country is a cause to enhance the progress document. This study aims to explore that how much used the final document of the progress from the concepts of Islamic approach and the constitution law. This study seems to be a first research regarding the mentioned issue in the country. The methods of analyzing which is used is the content analysis. The data is collected from the libraries and the documents of the country. The results indicate that four concepts of nine concepts that have been used in the constitution law and Islamic concepts is not used in the first draft of the progress document
