Abstract:
According to Article 267 of the Criminal Code. M It is permissible for the religion to be played by non-members (even without paying permission). Although the Civil Code, in the wording of Article 267 of the Criminal Code, states as a general rule that payment without a permission does not entitle the payer to pay a visit, but the question arises as to whether the conditions that led to the payment of religion from non-members Can it be effective in such a way that a third party can refer to him by giving the original principal religion without paying permission? The present study is a descriptive-analytical method to investigate the effects of overseas religion on the other. Findings of the research show that non-existent third party remuneration can not be owed only to the permission of the party, and if the third party is "civil liability", sometimes as an "over-representation", sometimes as "impracticable" or "mismanagement", and occasionally He has paid "guaranty" or "custodianship" of another religion, he owes the right to reciprocate.
