Criminal Investigation of the Crime of Addiction in Iranian Law

Abstract:
Addiction is a crime or a disease is a dilemma and social harm that is either caused by other social harm or creates other social harm. The purpose of the present research is not to distort or question any of the points raised, but merely to provide findings and facts in this field in order to make the right decision. Addiction is also a social disease, so the treatment of social systems with it in terms of the growth and development of views will be in one of the three forms. "The first is the criminological view that addicts are perpetrators and deserves punishment; This thinking is based on judicial sociology and sees the addict rescued in a corner of the prison. A second approach, usually rooted in the medical community, regards the addict as a patient, and seeks to cure and control the disease. The Third Approach to Addicts Not looking at criminals or even patients, but in the eyes of the victims. In this view, social doctors and pseudo-epistemologists are at the forefront of the struggle and try to examine the various dimensions of addiction and present the most complete theory.
