The Effect of Work Life Quality on Organizational Culture (Case Study: Lorestan Islamic Azad University Staff

Abstract:
This research is descriptive and of survey type and in terms of purpose is based on applied. 233 out of 588 staff of Islamic Azad University in Lorestan province were selected as the sample of the study. For collecting the required data, Walton Standard Quality of Life Questionnaire, Organizational Culture Questionnaire, and Citizenship Behavioral Inventory of Podsakoff were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS20 software. The results of the study showed that the quality of work life and each of its components, namely fair and adequate payment, safe and hygienic work environment, provision of growth opportunities, constant security, organization legality, social affiliation, overall living atmosphere, unity and social cohesion, and human capabilities, are effective on the organizational culture of the staff of Islamic Azad University of Lorestan province.
