Explain the moderating role of attachment to change in structural relations of ethical leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance

Abstract:
This study aimed to assess the role of regulators attachment to change in the relationship between ethical leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance was carried out. Methods causal correlation and school administrators southwest of Esfahan city was the population of 263 people. The sample size was elected to the society. The tool was a questionnaire that its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 22 and partial least squares was conducted. Predictor variables and there is a significant positive relationship with organizational performance. All three variables attachment change, ethical leadership and job satisfaction and organizational performance are predictable. Structural equation modeling showed that ethical leadership and job satisfaction, organizational performance and organizational citizenship behavior has a direct and significant relationship. Despite the moderating role of attachment to the change in all three relationships only the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction are affected by this role. Perceived goodness of fit parameters desirable. Due to the impact of ethical leadership on organizational performance solutions to develop and acquire administrators to apply a variety of management practices based on ethical leadership in organizations followed. Managers are looking to increase organizational performance and employee involvement in organizational change processes and innovative ways to increase job satisfaction and provide material and spiritual dimensions. Development of organizational citizenship behavior by teaching and encouraging employes to increase organizational performance in priority.
