Abstract:
Introduction
The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group therapy based on acceptance and commitment on quality of life in a military unit.
Method
Research design is quasi-experimental with control group and assessment into pre-test, post-test and a follow up that lasted for a month. For this purpose, 60 personnel of the military personnel with entry criteria (male, aged between 20 and 40 years, minimum education diploma) were selected into purposive sampling and were randomly assigned into two group of experimental and control. Subjects of group experimental received group therapy training based on commitment and acceptance in 8 sessions about 90 minutes. Research tools were Questionnaire quality of life.

Finding of this research indicate effectiveness of group therapy training based on acceptance and commitment on quality of life.
