Design the Interpretative Structural Model of the Motivation System of Faculty Universities Based on Fuzzy Technique

Abstract:
Many human efforts and activities in various organizational areas relates to motivation. If faculty members are motivated to work effectively, their effectiveness becomes twofold. So it needs Models for motivating this group effective in the country will be analyzed Which facilitates the implementation of systematic incentive schemes. The purpose of this research is to design the interpretive structural model of faculty member's motivation system based on fuzzy technique. The approach of this research is survey and, in terms of purpose, an exploratory research. Also, this research is descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection type. The implementation of the research is done in a comparative-inductive way. In terms of approach, research is a combined , The research strategy is quantitatively then qualitative. in the present study, Because to the complexity of the matrix, a sample of 14 experts and faculty experts were selected. Based on research findings in fuzzy space and innovative changes in the technique, decentralization strategies and floating working times were more than the other motivational strategies were rated. The results are Matches with the latest theory of management and organization, and the main reason for this this priority can be seen in the organizational maturity of faculty members that faces the organizations.
The research results include the ISM Interpretative Structural Integrated Model in five levels with respect to one-way or two-way relationships and contradicts with the classic motivational models such as Maslow and Al-Dharfer.
